Shipping and Insurance Terms

• International Shipping charge quoted ( USD 25 ) is for Courier service.
• Estimated delivery time-11-15 working days to USA, 9- 12 working days to Australia UK and 2-3 working days for Singapore.
• Items will be shipped out within 48 hours after payment is cleared.
• Please provide physical shipping street address.
• Items are not insured. Please send email to Seller (info@premiumonline.biz) if Insurance is required.
• For Malaysian buyers, items can be sent by Registered Post at charge of RM30( max 30kg )
• No local pickup.
• No shipping on weekends and holidays.

Defective Items

• In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, you have 7 days from receipt to info@premiumonline.biz for a claim/an exchange of product.
• We will email you instructions on how to make the insurance claim/exchange.
• For return of the defective item, buyer pays all shipping charges.
• Insurance company or Seller will only refund the purchased price of the item less shipping.

Customs and Duties

• Shipments for items meant for "personal use" to USA may not be imposed with custom duties.
• HOWEVER, there is no guarantee because it is subjected to your custom's discretion and policy.
• Different countries have varied customs policies.
• Therefore you may be subjected to shipment delays once your package is withheld for customs check.
• Your purchase will result in you as the importer of the item into your country.
• So any form of import duties and taxes will be paid by you the customer.
• Please comply with all regulations of the country in which you receive your goods.
